A - Technician or Master Repair Technician
The Position referred to as A-Technician or Master Repair Technician describes an individual who has a minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands-on automotive experience, including the tools required to perform most automotive repairs and maintenance. Eight ASE certifications in the automotive field will provide the credentials required to be called a Master Technician. The ideal candidate will be a hard -working, self-motivated individual who is eager to continue learning the tasks and competencies required to work on today's complex vehicles. The primary job function will include, but will not be limited to Tire and Wheel Services, General Automotive Repair and Maintenance, Steering, Suspension, Brake, Ignition, Fuel System Service, Computer, Emission Control and Facility Maintenance. State Licensing may be required to perform certain job functions.
