B - Technician or General Repair Technician
The Position referred to as B-Technician or General Repair Technician describes an individual who has a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on automotive experience, including the tools required to perform general automotive repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a hard- working, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn the tasks and competencies required to work on today's complex vehicles. ASE certification and experience gained through On The Job Training and Career Development Assistance will provide a clear Career Development path. Unlimited growth and earning potential through hard work and Employee Stock Ownership will provide a sound future. The primary job function will include, but will not be limited to Tire and Wheel Services, General Automotive Repair and Maintenance, Steering, Suspension, Brake, Ignition, Fuel System Service and Facility Maintenance. State Licensing may be required to perform certain job functions.
