IT Support Technician
The IT Support Technician provides technical support and Help Desk service for all corporate and store systems.
- Resolve and document help desk calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Work closely with vendors to resolve any open issues with our systems.
- Configure, install, and support store POS systems for new and existing stores.
- Configure, install, and support desktop/laptop systems for corporate users.
- Configure, install and support server systems and networking components.
- Carry a cell phone on a rotating basis with other technicians.
- Must be highly motivated and be able to work with limited supervision.
- Must be able to manage time effectively.
- Must have good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Must possess excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be articulate and able to communicate clearly, professionally and effectively with people with various levels of computer experience.
