- No cost stock ownership STS is currently seeking talented, enthusiastic, dependable people Accounts Payable Clerk (Corporate Headquarters – Bound Brook, NJ) A- Technician or Master Repair Technician The Position referred to as A-Technician or Master Repair Technician describes an individual who has a minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands-on automotive experience, including the tools required to perform most automotive repairs and maintenance. Eight ASE certifications in the automotive field will provide the credentials required to be called a Master Technician. The ideal candidate will be a hard -working, self-motivated individual who is eager to continue learning the tasks and competencies required to work on today's complex vehicles. ASE certification and experience gained through On The Job Training and Career Development Assistance will provide a clear Career Development path. The primary job function will include, but will not be limited to Tire and Wheel Services, General Light Duty Automotive Repair and Maintenance and Facility Maintenance. Tools necessary to perform listed job functions are required. Drivers/Warehouse (Bound Brook, NJ) Installer The position referred to as Installer describes an individual who has little to no automotive experience. The ideal candidate will be a hard -working, self motivated individual who is eager to learn. The experience gained through On The Job Training and Career Development Assistance provide a solid foundation upon which an automotive career may be built. The primary job function will include, but will not be limited to Fluid Maintenance Services, Tire and Wheel Services and General Facility Maintenance. Tools necessary to perform posted job functions are required. Maintenance Mechanic Duties involve regular performance of maintenance on buildings and equipment including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, carpentry, masonry, welding, painting, etc. Applicants should have experience in two (2) or more of these areas. Will train in other areas. Retail Store Manager The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of a fast paced automotive services retail store including managing the P&L, merchandising, customer relations, sales, business growth and employee development. Must be entrepreneurial, energetic and knowledgeable about automotive technology and industry issues.
